Resell Rights Terms and Conditions

Note: You own the Non-Transferable Resell Rights to this entire package. 
Therefore, you are NOT allowed to give or resell ANY Rights to this package, in part or in full.


[YES] You can:
1. Resell access to each membership site at the lowest suggested price ($7/month) or higher.
2. Bundle access to maximum of 3 membership sites in this package and price according to the lowest suggested price ($21) or higher.
3. Giveaway access to maximum of 3 membership sites in this package as a bonus to PAID products (at least $21/month ONLY) you sell or PAID membership sites (at least $21/month ONLY) that you own.
4. Change and edit the sales letter. You can put your name with my name on the sales letter, re-phrase it, produce your own testimonials and endorsements into the sales page, or anyhow you like.

1. You CANNOT giveaway or resell the Resell Rights to the package, in full or partial.
2. You CANNOT use unethical marketing methods or SPAM to conduct your business with this product.
3. You CANNOT sell any of these membership sites, in whatever format, on auction sites such as eBay.com.
4. You CANNOT give access to these membership sites away for free, in whatever format. It must be sold, bundled into a paid package, added into a paid membership site, or offered as a bonus to another product you are selling.
5. You are responsible to facilitate your own refunds to your own customers.
6. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license WITH NO REFUNDS.
7. This constitutes the entire license agreement. Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at my sole discretion.
